Delivery ETA:
All drivers are asked to call you 24 hours in advance with specific arrival time.
Proof of Delivery:
Please inspect shipment, note any changes, shortages, overages or damage on the bill of lading. Also report any discrepancies to 1-800-788-3461 immediately. Failure to report and or note discrepancies or damage on the bill of lading at time of delivery prevent filing of your claim. All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Unloading:
Drivers DO NOT unload trucks. YOU must provide your own means of removing products. If you do not have a fork lift to handle the weight (note above) you can rent a fork lift or bob cat from a local rental company or local materials handling company. Maximum allowed time for unloading is 2 hours for full trucks and 1 hour for partials. Orders under 1000 ft. can be hand unloaded with 2 or more people. 1500’ or less may come in a box trailer and may need to be hand unloaded. This is up to the discretion of the factory.
